All products offered by NameSigns.com are custom made to order according to the specific font, size, and personalization details selected by the customer. Because each item is uniquely crafted, all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds to the original payment method.
We strongly encourage customers to verify spelling, font selection, and size prior to submitting an order, as modifications cannot be made once production begins.
In the event a refund is approved, it will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on NameSigns.com and does not expire.
Refunds to the original method of payment will not be granted under any circumstances.
All orders are shipped with insurance through USPS or the selected carrier. If an order is lost or arrives damaged:
Photographic documentation of any damage may be required to process a replacement or store credit.
If NameSigns.com is responsible for an error—such as incorrect spelling, finish, size, or a defect in craftsmanship—we will remake the item at no cost or issue store credit.
Incorrect orders resulting from customer errors during the order placement process are not eligible for refund or replacement.
